As you know the annual community meeting is coming up on January 11th at 6PM CST [CORRECTED]. We will collect ballots electronically ending a couple of days before the meeting so we have time to prepare for the announcement at the meeting. If there are any other neighbors interested in putting your name on the ballot, please let us know by end of day tomorrow, January 2nd.

The plan is to have the ballots prepared and emailed out by Wednesday, January 4th and have them collected/due by Tuesday, January 10th at 5PM CST.
